This is a great book on an important topic, and thankfully lacking the managerial jargon and hollow mission statements of similar reports.
But why isn't this book being promoted? Or have I missed the promos? (My university library didn't have any copies, but I've since requested online indexing.)
Now, can we please get a second edition which delves into the machinery of implementation and the requisite financial and administrative structures? |

M.E., Thanks for your posting. Please note that the book has just been released (Jan 2009). As for promotion: you are looking at it -- this website [hope you like it]. Thanks also for your request for a second edition; we will think about it. But right now we are happy just to have this one finished.
